Blueberries

Last year, in the fall, I decided to transplant some blueberries to a big pot.

I am shocked how well they are doing. They love the pot much more than the ground. For one thing, I can control the acidity much better in a pot. That might be the reason.

Blueberries

I have these blueberry plants for some years now.

Last year, I did not eat many of them. Something came to my garden and ate all of them overnight! I still do not know what happened...

Well, I am only prepared for the birds. Nets are covering the plants. There are lots and lots of flowers. I can't wait to eat them, make muffins, pancakes, etc...

It was not a good blueberry year. Not sure why. The little that is there is protected with a net so the birds do not eat them.
